3. Pricing & Payments

3.1. All prices are listed in INR and may be subject to change without prior notice. 3.2. We accept payments via CARDS,UPI,NET BANKING ETC. 3.3. Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. We ship to Ahmedabad,Gujarat. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed. 4.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. 4.3. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1. Returns are accepted within 3-5 days of delivery, provided the gemstone is in its original condition and packaging. 5.2. Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 5.3. Customized or engraved gemstones are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error from our side.
